While I cannot endorse specific groups I have not personally met, many have their own sites and video available online. The Kuunkai, Kenshukai, and Yokohama Hōjōkai groups are descended from the line of Namiki Yasushi and Itō Masayuki, so practice will be similar to that preserved at the Hōbyōkan.
